We currently provide local and regional delivery services within designated service areas. Delivery availability may vary depending on the recipient’s location. If an address falls outside our delivery zone, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Processing Time

All floral arrangements are handcrafted to order. Standard orders are typically processed within 1 business day. Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cut-off time, as indicated on the Website.

During peak seasons, including but not limited to Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and major holidays, processing times may be extended due to high order volume.

Delivery Timeframes

While we make every effort to deliver within the requested timeframe, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Deliveries are generally made between standard business hours unless otherwise specified.

For special occasions and high-volume holidays, we may not guarantee specific delivery time windows.

Delivery Attempts

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may:

  • Leave the arrangement in a secure location at the delivery address;
  • Leave the arrangement with a building manager, concierge, or neighbor;
  • Attempt to contact the recipient using the information provided.

Petalvana is not responsible for floral damage or theft after successful delivery to the provided address.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional delivery fees may apply for re-delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate recipient information.

Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances

Delivery times may be affected by severe weather conditions, traffic disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer and reschedule delivery when possible.

Substitutions During Transit

To ensure product quality, certain delicate flowers may be adjusted or reinforced for transport. Minor variations in bloom size, color tone, or arrangement structure may occur due to seasonal and natural factors.

Order Tracking

For deliveries handled by third-party carriers (if applicable), tracking information may be provided via email once the order has been dispatched. For local deliveries handled directly by Petalvana, confirmation of delivery may be available upon request.

Delivery Confirmation

Once an order is marked as delivered, responsibility for the floral arrangement transfers to the recipient. We recommend ensuring that someone is available to receive time-sensitive deliveries, especially during extreme temperatures.
