Return Policy
Perishable Nature of Floral Products
Fresh flowers, floral arrangements, and plants are perishable products. Because of their limited lifespan and the time-sensitive preparation involved, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, customer satisfaction remains our priority, and we will review concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged or Unsatisfactory Arrangements
If your floral arrangement arrives damaged, wilted, or significantly different from the description on our Website, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You may be required to provide clear photographs of the product and packaging for evaluation.
Upon verification, we may offer one of the following remedies at our discretion:
- Replacement of the arrangement at no additional cost
- Store credit for future purchases
- Partial or full refund to the original payment method
Claims made after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible due to the natural lifespan of fresh flowers.
Delivery Issues
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Petalvana is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect addresses, unavailable recipients, restricted access locations, or refusal of delivery.
If re-delivery is required due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional delivery fees may apply.
Substitution Policy
Because floral availability may vary by season, weather conditions, or supplier limitations, we reserve the right to substitute flowers or containers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color theme, and design of the arrangement. Substitutions do not qualify for refunds unless the overall product significantly deviates from the advertised design.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if the request is made before the design and preparation process begins. Same-day delivery orders and custom arrangements cannot be canceled once preparation has started.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our customer support email at support@petalvana.com. If cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Fresh flower arrangements after successful delivery
- Custom or personalized floral designs
- Gift cards
- Special event or wedding floral orders once production has begun
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
Event and Wedding Orders
Large event, wedding, or corporate floral contracts may be subject to separate written agreements. Cancellation terms for such orders will be governed by the signed contract and may include non-refundable deposits due to the advance purchasing of floral inventory.
